Aunt May's Chicken

  • 6 Chicken Breasts (boneless & skinless) — pound flat. Brush with oil and salt & pepper
  • 1 1/2 slices white bread — soaked in half and half
  • Very small onion — chopped fine
  • 5 water chestnuts — chopped
  • 1/4 lb. ground veal
  • 1/4 lb. ground pork
  • 1/4 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg — beat
  • 2 tsp. soy sauce
  • Dash cayenne & dash accent

Mix all ingredients except chicken and divide among the 6 chicken breasts
Roll each chicken around the stuffing and tie.
Bake in a greased shallow baking dish @ 350 for 50 minutes.
Then brush with honey and sesame seeds and bake for 15 minutes more @ 400.
Serve on a slice of pineapple.
