Beat eggwhites & set aside.
Mix all remaining ingredients.
Fold in eggwhites.
Brush preheated aebleskiver pan lightly with oil.
Pour batter into holes, when just browning gently turn to brown
evenly on all sides.
Test one or two (to be sure the middle is no longer liquid) then
remove all to a bowl, and start a new batch.
Repeat (I suggest cooking in shifts) till all and sundry are
stuffed!
We would always have applesauce
and ham on the side. The aebleskivers themselves we would prepare
only by buttering the inside, and sprinkling with powdered sugar.
