Mix the cake mix, oil and 3
eggs. Stir in 1 cup of the nuts. The batter will be very stiff.
Pour into a well-greased 9x13 pan, spreading so that it covers
the bottom of the pan. Mix together the cream cheese, powdered
sugar and the remaining 3 eggs. Stir in the remaining cup of
nuts and pour over the cake batter in the pan. Bake for 1 hour
@ 300 degrees.
This is a very moist cake and
freezes well.
