Into large skillet put water,
salt and juice from lemon wedges.
Add lemon wedges and bring
to a boil.
Add snow peas, cover, reduce heat and simmer for approximately
1 minute until pea pods are a bright green.
Remove cover and continue to
simmer 1 to 2 minutes until most of the water has evaporated.
Add olive oil, garlic and salt
and pepper and cook over high heat, stirring frequently for another
minute or two until done.
