Darlene's Frozen Lemon Dessert


Preheat oven to 375º

Butter 7" spring form pan

Crust:

  • 3/4C graham cracker crumbs (about 12 squares)
  • 2T + 2tsp butter, melted
  • 2T sugar

Mix together and press into pan and 1 in. up sides.

Bake 6 to 8 minutes. Cool.

Filling:

  • 1/3C lemonade concentrate
  • 1C vanilla ice cream, softened
  • 1 3/4C Cool Whip

Mix concentrate and ice cream.

Fold in Cool Whip.

Pour into cooled crust.

Freeze.
