Preheat oven to 375º
Butter
7" spring form pan
Crust:
- 3/4C graham cracker crumbs
(about 12 squares)
- 2T + 2tsp butter, melted
- 2T sugar
Mix
together and press into pan and 1 in. up sides.
Bake
6 to 8 minutes. Cool.
Filling:
- 1/3C lemonade concentrate
- 1C vanilla ice cream, softened
- 1 3/4C Cool Whip
Mix concentrate
and ice cream.
Fold
in Cool Whip.
Pour
into cooled crust.
Freeze.
