Terry's Lemon Herb BBQ
Chicken
Marinade
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Juice of 1/2 of a lemon
- 1 small onion - chopped
- Mrs. Dash's seasoning - to
taste, be generous
Basting Sauce
- 1/2 cup margarine or butter
- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons rosemary

Chicken breasts
- skinned
Marinade chicken for several hours.
Drain and barbecue for 40 minutes.
(I like chicken breasts with ribs attached. If you use boneless,
reduce the cooking time to 20 min)
Turn & baste frequently with basting sauce. |
