Linda's Favorite Artichoke Dip

  • 8 oz mayonnaise
  • 8 oz soft cream cheese
  • 8 oz jar NON-marinated artichoke hearts
  • 8 oz Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder to taste

Combine ingredients and heat through under broiler for 3 minutes

Watch carefully (you want the top to be lightly browned)

-or- heat in the oven at 350 (it will stay warmer longer this way)

Best served with Triscuits, Wheat Thins or cubed French bread.
