- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons worcestshire
sauce
- 2 minced garlic cloves
- 2 bone in chicken breast
halves
In plastic bag combine
first four ingredients.
Add chicken and turn to coat.
Seal and refrigerate eight hours or overnight.
Place chicken and marinade in a small-ungreased baking
dish.
Bake uncovered at 350° for 1 hour or until juices
run clear.
