- 1 lb boneless skinless
chicken breasts, cut into strips
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/2 C BBQ sauce
- 1 C water
- 1 can (11 oz) whole kernel
corn, drained
- 1 sm green pepper chopped
- 2 C Minute Rice uncooked
Brown chicken in hot oil in large skillet on medium-high
heat
Stir in BBQ sauce, water, corn & pepper, bring to
boil
Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5 minutes
Stir in rice, cover. Remove from heat; let stand
